Before and after this guided meditation by Shan Tate are preparatory and blessing prayers by the Tashi Lhunpo Monks. The prayers begin with Kyabdro Semkye - taking refuge and generating compassion. The Sound of Ting Shak (small cymbals) introduces the beginning and end of the meditation session, followed by Tashi - a blessing.
